The event concluded with strong applause, and many viewers remarked that her appearance added a significant emotional and cultural moment to the festival.Also Read: PHOTOS: Rekha’s All-black Avatar Steals The Show at The Airport。各乡镇（街道）、市森防指成员单位要从讲政治、保稳定、促发展的高度，进一步提高思想认识，严格落实“四级包保”责任制，推进森林防火“责任落实到位、宣传教育到位、源头管控到位、依法打击到位、应急处置到位、基础保障到位”。工作中，通过悬挂防火宣传条幅、“入户敲门”行动、发放宣传资料方式，以及防火巡逻车天天循环播、短信微信天天发、村级大喇叭天天巡回响“三个天天”工作法，持续加大宣传力度，倡导安全文明祭祀，全面增强群众森林防火意识，有效形成群防群治的工作格局。要充分发挥党员干部带头作用，引导群众争做绿色、文明、低碳、安全祭扫新风尚的模范践行者。要加强火源管控，管住重点人员、强化关口前移、加大巡查巡山力度、依法依规治火、化解消除各类风险隐患。要加强预警监测，进一步强化应急处置，加强战备值班，强化练兵备战，加强火险预测预报，强化会商研判，及时发布预警信号。要始终把扑火人员安全放在第一位，加大培训力度，守住安全底线。要严格落实“有火必报、报扑同步”和“每日零报告”制度。森林草原防灭火指挥部成员单位、市级领导和部门包保组要分片包干开展明察暗访，市森防指采取“四不两直”方式适时进行暗访抽查。要加大追责问责力度，对因责任不落实、措施不到位、失职渎职等引发事故、造成火灾或其他重大损失及严肃不良影响的，将依纪依法从严处理。
